COMMUNITY PROGRAMMING
Wachiay Friendship Centre offers services and programs to Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples. We are an inclusive society and invite all in friendship. The centre employs more than forty staff, including part-time and full-time contract positions. Our facility is currently re-modelling to expand our 20,000 square foot facility. CLEVER RAVEN DAYCARE
Clever Raven offers availability for:
Toddlers (ages 18 months - 3 years)
Preschool ages (3 - 5 years)
Clever Raven is an Aboriginal Head Start program and aims to be a hub for families and the broader community. Families are involved and fully welcomed in the space. Children’s ancestry and cultural traditions are supported and actively brought into daily programming. The childcare program aims to create lasting relationships between children, the space, and the community.
